Change of address on Orders

I will ONLY SHIP to the address YOU provide on the Order form or on your PAYPAL ACCOUNT! Any address changes (accepted at my discretion only) MUST be sent to me through the e-mail. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!! This is to protect you and myself from fraudulent activity.

Orders Returned by the United States Post Office

Orders that are returned by the Post Office because the Name and Address provided by the buyer was unknown by the postal delivery person or the post office and/or returned and stamped "Attempted Not Known" is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Lisa Rynda - Rynda Original Designs can not be help responsible for undeliverable mail, and the cost of resending the package is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

All credit card payments are processed through Paypal.

I also accept Personal Checks (funds drawn from a US bank account) and Postal Money Orders and Money Orders. Personal checks will be held for 10 - 15 business days (business days are week days only.*If paying by Check the order will not ship until the check has cleared. This may take up to two weeks!

I understand that some customers may be reluctant to place their order over the Internet. Refunds  No refunds will be granted for any pattern or pattern workbooks. Preauthorization is required before a return will be accepted. If a package it returned without a preauthorization code printed on the outside than it will be refused and returned to the sender. A 25% restocking fee is added to any returned item.

All refunds will be made by check and are grated at the sole discretion of Rynda Original Designs - Lisa Rynda. The check will be issued upon my receiving the returned goods in the same condition they were in when shipped and are unused and resalable. *No refunds will be granted for custom dyed doll hair-Tibetan skins. The refund amount will be for the purchase price only.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service by First Class, Priority, or Media Mail within the United States with delivery confirmation. Orders outside the United States are shipped using Global Priority, Air, or Economy Mail thru the U.S. Postal Service. Also, please be aware that any international shipments may carry import duties upon arrival in your country. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the order.

All order over $20.00 may require a signature confirmation.

Shipping International Orders

I can ship by First class international or by using a Global Priority envelope. Global Priority is based on the size of the envelope, and I can fit up to three large pattern workbooks into one large Priority envelope. The flat rate for the 9 1/2 x 12x12 envelope is $10.00, and takes approximately 4-7 days for delivery. The economy (surface) letter post is $7.05, and takes approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery. All non US order require a certificate of mailing $1.00 fee.

Additional Order Information

Rynda Original Designs can not be held responsible for lost orders once they are place in the custody of the United States Postal Service.

You are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance! A quote will be provided on request.

Orders over $20.00 may require a signature confirmation fee $1.30. All US orders are sent with delivery confirmation and will be sent to the address proved by the buyer on the PayPal invoice. Confirmed addresses only Please!   I will do everything in my power to work with your local post master and postal delivery person to track down your lost or misplaced order.
